Through God’s love we learn together, grow together and achieve together.

Dear Parents/Carers,

Thank you for all your feedback and for supporting the children sharing their home learning.

As they are using Teams for doing the daily work, please do check the completion of it for the day. If for some reasons the work can’t be uploaded/done in there, please send me an email reporting the issue and attaching some of the children’s work as well.

Other Suggested Activities / Links

Note: * = if you have trouble downloading the Sway, please access the Oak/BBC/White Rose lesson while waiting.

In addition to these, please ask your child to practise daily the spellings, timetables and to keep reading the books they like.

Here are some suggested activities you might enjoy doing with your children to celebrate Kindness Week:

  • Make a Handmade Card for your family using any materials you might have in your house. Have everyone sign it, adding a smiling face, little hearts and/or a short message.
  • Create a list of goals for the day, the week or the year. Decorate it as you wish and revisit it in time to see what you have achieved.

The Pope has designated this year as dedicated to St Joseph. For the next four weeks we will be finding out some different facts about this great saint. See link here to find out more. The Believe Belong Become page on our website has all the work we do as a Catholic School to share our mission so do have a look.

I am looking forward to receiving any work children would like to share about this topic.

Today will be our Teams group sessions. It would be lovely to see you all there. You can enter by following the link or through your child’s Teams account.

Kind regards,

Miss Gifford
