Mini-Vinnies Team 2023-2024

June 2024

Some of our Mini-Vinnies went last week to visit St George's cathedral, Southwark, where they met many other members from schools in four local dioceses. They even managed to meet the Mini-Vinnie bear.

The final Easter prayer gardens before they were delivered to classes.

March 2024

Mini-Vinnies are busy preparing Easter Gardens for each class ready for when we return after the holidays.

February 2024

Minnie Vinnies planted snowdrops back in October in our prayer garden and as you can see, they have just started to peep through.

We thought they would be a lovely reminder of new Life and a way to remember those people who have died.

January 2024 - Mini-Vinnies have been busy making God's Eyes over the last 2 weeks. They remind us that God is there always watching and guiding us. Next step is to teach the rest of the school!

Mini-Vinnies show, through their kind actions, how they belong to God, through thinking of others. They fundraise for local causes and are involved in giving time to support the community.

Mini-Vinnies meet with Mrs Pokusinska every Tuesday

Thank you Mini-Vinnies for encouraging everyone to bring in food during Harvest for our food bank. This is our collection so far!

This week, Mini-Vinnies have been raising awareness of road safety. Look at our great posters here:

Today the Mini-Vinnies took all our donations to the Food bank and have learnt about all they do to feed our local community. 76kg was given and that is providing 180 meals!

Some beautiful fact posters about our patron St Vincent de Paul produced here:
