2. W/B 10th January 2022

This week, we started reading our Hook with a Book which is Pig Heart Boy by Malorie Blackman.  Although we have only read the first few chapters we have already had plenty of discussions about the theme and made our predictions.  We have been focussing on writing persuasive texts this week - 'Should animals be kept in zoos?'.  This question lead to fabulous discussions and great pieces of written work

In maths this week, we have been recapping multiplying fractions and place value of decimal numbers, 

Our Topic learning this week has been FANTASTIC!! We learnt about the circulatory system and labelled the different parts of the human heart.  We didn't realise the heart had so many parts to it!!
