Through God’s love we learn together, grow together and achieve together.

We started off this week with a fabulous trip to St. Mark's.  We had a tour around the school, before taking part in a science and history lesson.  Science was a particular favourite - we used microscoped send witness a mini (controlled!) explosion!!  You can find more pictures in our picture gallery page!

This week also saw us continuing with reading 'Archie's War'.  We are really enjoying this story - it has made us realise how the war (WW1) affected so many millions of people.

In Topic, we had a fascinating conversation about how Europe has changed since the World wars - we linked this to POWER - one of our History themes for this term.

All Y6 children have now found out their new roles and responsibilities.  Congratulations to them all for their effort in applying for their jobs!  You will all do a fabulous job!!
