Thank you to Mrs Hynd (our EYFS lead) who delivered our workshop on Wednesday 8th March 2023. It was great to see so many parents there and hope that they found it really useful. Further resources and links are all here if you missed it. Looking after our children’s teeth is essential for a healthy start in life.
Here are a number of websites that will support you and your child/children at home and includes lots of fun ideas to encourage your child to brush their teeth well. You will notice there is a weblink and a short description of what is included on the website so that you can find what you are looking for.

-www.communitydentalservices.co.uk Lots of resources under the family fun page (click the oral health improvement tab at the top) including posters/leaflets/videos of how to brush teeth and how to assist someone else brushing their teeth. There are also videos to support children with additional needs.

This is also the free, child friendly app that I was talking about where the app has a timer, keeps a log of every time the children brush their teeth and rewards them with new music, dance routines, characters and accessories.
