Our own little Aqueduct
Aqueducts are bridges constructed to convey watercourses across gaps such as valleys or ravines. The term aqueduct may also be used to refer to the entire watercourse, as well as the bridge. The word is derived from the Latin aqua and ducere, therefore meaning "to lead water". The Romans constructed aqueducts throughout their Republic and later Empire, to bring water from outside sources into cities and towns. We created our own version today and it worked!
