Through God’s love we learn together, grow together and achieve together.

Hello, well this week has been great fun!  It has been Aspiration's Week in our school.  The children have been sharing with me what jobs they would like to do when they grow up.  We have been speaking to different parents this week and asking them questions about their interesting jobs and what skills are involved.  We have spoken to an Operation Theatre Assistant; A Veterinary Nurse and a Carer of the elderly.  The children asked fantastic questions such as

  • What skills do you need to do your job?
  • How long do you have to study for?
  • What is the hardest /best thing about your job?

On Wednesday, the children dressed up in their uniforms to show what they aspire to be when they grow up.  A big thank you to the children in my class who taught handwriting and my topic lessons.  You were amazing.  Also, thank you to the children who were my teaching assistants.  You worked very hard and helped to make my day run smoothly.   To the rest of the class, your positivity and enthusiasm was wonderful!  I know we all had a memorable day.
